Thanks for another great job today.  My four systems are in top shape and ready for the annual A/C season.  Please feel free to use my comments as a recommendation.

My home has three floors, 5200 square feet, and has four heating and cooling systems.  You have installed three of them and replaced the outside condenser for the fourth system (which was new when I bought the house in 2007).  They continue to perform well.  I really like the variable speed blowers and thermostats.  Whether heat or cool they are quiet and comfortable.  I still recall the professional manner in which they were installed.  Minimal disruption.

I’m always impressed with the thoroughness of your service.  The details of each unit’s performance are available for me to see and no situation seems beyond your understanding. Even when you need RUUD second level engineering, you know where to call.  Thanks for your help with my special concerns like my wife’s allergy conditions and concerns about emissions.  Your filter and UV light solutions have helped.  You have the tools and expertise.  I also recall once with my old furnace when you came out late one evening to bring it back into operation.

I don’t think anyone can top all this. Thank you.
